Visit one of the city’s superb museums housing many of the Dutch Masters’ most outstanding works, or learn about Anne Frank and the city’s Jewish heritage. Journey into the countryside and see historic windmills and the fascinating porcelain works in Delft.

Fishguard is an oft-overlooked, picturesque village with clusters of quayside cottages located in the south-west county of Pembrokeshire in Wales. This small town has much to offer – from marvelous coastal views to cozy cafés and pubs. Learn about the ancient places of worship at the Saints and Stones trails or St. David’s Cathedral. Step back in time at Castell Henllys, a unique Iron Age hill fort recreated with fantastic replicas of Iron Age roundhouses. Enjoy a remarkable clifftop view of North Pembrokeshire’s beautiful, rugged coastline at Dinas Head Walk or stroll through the picturesque Lower Town Harbour, where Richard Burton, Peter O’Toole and Elizabeth Taylor filmed the 1971 version of Under Milk Wood.

Dublin, capital of the Republic of Ireland, is on Ireland’s east coast at the mouth of the River Liffey. Its historic buildings include Dublin Castle, dating to the 13th century, and imposing St Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1191. City parks include landscaped St Stephen’s Green and huge Phoenix Park, containing Dublin Zoo.

Stroll through this 1,100-year-old Viking town and admire Rodney’s Tower, still in use, and see the exquisite treasures in the museum. Visit the Waterford Crystal Visitors’ Centre, where you can see how the artisans cut their famous designs. Or enjoy the beautiful Irish countryside as you pass majestic abbey ruins, stroll through quaint villages and see remnants of Viking heritage.

From the clock over the historic Exchange with dual minute hands – for Greenwich Mean Time and local meridian time – to a street so steep that locals tie up their parked cars when it gets icy, Bristol is a city you won’t soon forget. Birthplace of renowned graffiti artist Banksy, Bristol displays the anonymous artist’s work on buildings and landmarks and in museums alongside the work of other graffiti artists, as the city nurtures this unconventional expression. After shopping along Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft, said to be the largest collection of independent shops in Europe, quench your thirst with a craft beer or cider at a local pub.

Ringaskiddy is a village in County Cork, Ireland. It is located on the western side of Cork Harbour, south of Cobh, and is 15 kilometres from Cork city, to which it is connected by the N28 road. The village is a port with passenger ferry, with two bi-weekly sailings to Roscoff in France.

Bantry is situated at the head of ancient Bantry Bay, which is renowned for being one of the most breathtaking vistas along Ireland’s coast. The picturesque town’s narrow lanes are filled with old-fashioned shops and restaurants that offer a taste of the region’s history and culture.
